Paper submission types:

  • OPTION 1: Full research papers (up to 5,000 words, excluding references) – No additional fee.
  • OPTION 2: Short research papers (up to 3,000 words, excluding references) – Additional fee (will update soon) for WOS indexed proceedings with opportunity for publication of full papers in SCOPUS/ WOS indexed journals. No new fees will be charged by journal publishers.
OPTION 1:  PREPARING YOUR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

The submissions should use the Journal of Information and Knowledge Management (JIKM) template. (Full paper template: Download Template.)

The submission of full paper will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in the Journal of Information and Knowledge Management (JIKM) (ISSN:2231-8836 | E-ISSN:2289-5337), indexed by MyCite.

Authors Instructions:

  1. Author Information:
  • The title must not exceed 200 characters (including spaces).
  • The Title, Author's Names, and Affiliations should all be centred.
  • Full contact details (including email, postal address and a phone numbers) for the corresponding author.
  1. Main Article:
  • Article must be written in English. Articles written in other languages will not be considered.
  • An abstract not more than 150 words.
  • Authors are required to provide not more than four (4) keywords that capture the manuscript's salient points.
  • Article should range not more than 5,000 words, excluding references.
  1. Figures and Tables:
  • Figures and tables must be embedded in the main article file.
  • Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text. 
  • Please ensure all figures are visible and clear.
  1. Reference:
  • Citations in the text should follow the referencing style used by the American Psychological Association (APA) in alphabetical order.

 

OPTION 2:  PREPARING YOUR SHORT PAPER SUBMISSION

The submissions should use E-PBJ template. (Short paper template: Download Template). This type of submission may involve an additional article processing charge (APC) upon article acceptance.

The submission of full paper will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in the Environment-Behaviour Proceedings Journal (E-BPJ) (ISSN: 2398-4287), indexed by Web of Science (WoS).

Authors Instructions:

  1. Author Information:
  • The title must not use block capital letters.
  • The authors not more than four (4) persons, and first author should be corresponding author.
  • If all authors from same institute, suffice for first affiliation only.
  1. Main Article:
  • Article must be written in English. Articles written in other languages will not be considered.
  • An abstract not more than 100 words.
  • Authors are required to provide not more than four (4) keywords that capture the manuscript's salient points.
  • Article should range not more than 3,000 words, excluding references.
  • Follow this order when typing manuscripts: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text (including figures and tables), Acknowledgements, References, Appendix.
  • Collate acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article and do not include them on the title page.
  • Article need to strictly conform to the E-PBJ guidelines (refer to the E-PBJ template).
  1. Tables:
  • Tables must be embedded in the main article file, not supplied separately.
  • Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text. 
  • All tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals, and should have a caption.
  • Headings should be placed above tables, left justified.
  1. Figure
  • Figures must be embedded in the main article file, not supplied separately.
  • All figures should be numbered with Arabic numerals, and should have a caption.
  • All photographs, schemas, graphs and diagrams are to be referred to as figures.
  • Please ensure all figures are visible and clear.
  1. Reference:
  • Citations in the text should follow the referencing style used by the American Psychological Association (APA) in alphabetical order.
  • No numbering for each reference.
  • Reference is strict to one (1) page only.
