Registration Terms and Cancellation Policy

The following Terms and Conditions apply:

  • The registration of participation is binding.
  • Participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration or the beginning of the conference, whichever comes first.
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee has been received.
  • Cancellation requests received by 1st July 2022 are refundable, less an administrative fee of $75 USD.

  • No refunds will be administered for requests received after 1st July 2022.
  • Substitutions will be permitted at no additional cost provided notification is sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.comprior to the conference start date.
  • The conference program may be subject to changes.
  • Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the participant. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
  • A limited amount of user personal data will be exported from EDAS for purposes of enabling participation in the conference.
